Great updated larger older house in an interesting artsy area. Kitchen area is wonderful. It was easy to get to the State Fair and the Minneapolis Institute of Art. We loved the Indeed Brewery and it had great food truck pizza. The listing kind of makes it appear to have 4 baths, but there are two full baths on the second floor and a half bath on the first floor. Great deck out back. Room darkening shades would be appreciated on the skylights by the folks from Seattle. Great bargain and we would stay there again.

We had a great time. The space was just as expected and Peter was super easy to work with. Everything was outlined very well so we knew what to expect and what to do. I would say the only "issue" is that there are a million light switches and we had no clue what went with what. It became a fun game guessing though!

We had an enjoyable visit to Minneapolis-St. Paul due, in part, to this lovely 2 1/2 bath, four bedroom house. The house, which has been remodeled, is in a great part of town. Even though there is no garage, it was very easy to find parking right outside the house. You will find the pictures accurately depict the house, so there were no surprises. We loved the large island in the kitchen, as we gathered in the kitchen and visited while leisurely enjoying our meals. When we arrived, we found the lights on and the air conditioning running, which was very thoughtful of the owner. We arrived at night so we did not stumble around looking for light switches, etc. We found it absolutely delightful dealing with the owner. He is very nice, very responsive, very helpful, and he provided clearly, timely information. We plan to stay at this house on our next visit to Minneapolis-St. Paul. We encourage you to enjoy it as well.

This is a great house for a family or group of friends. We found the house to be very clean, stocked with all necessary items plus. The host, Peter; is a great communicator and very nice. The location is close to great restaurants next to the Mississippi River, grocery stores and the art district. We’ll definitely be coming back to stay.

Great communication from the host, interesting part of town, darling house with plenty of space. We appreciated the coffee, plenty of hangers, games, and good towels.
